Global Outreach Manager

Based in our Manchester City Centre office, our Global Outreach Manager will work as part of a small team to create, manage and deliver global outreach projects end-to-end. This is an influential and responsible role, in which you’ll be hands on as well as responsible for the development of a team.

Reporting to one of our Co-Founders, you’ll plan and execute multiple simultaneous Outreach and Engagement projects, with a variety of partners such as healthcare professionals, patient groups and community-based organisations on a national and international basis; and you’ll, recruit, develop and manage a team in Manchester to conduct high-quality outreach activity.

Day to day, you’ll be client facing, understanding project objectives, challenges and priorities and leading our responses. You’ll regularly report on your progress, and when you’re not seeing results that you’re happy with, you’ll think of creative ways to pivot and try something new. A further key relationship will be with our creative partners – you’ll be responsible for developing briefs that provoke insightful, effective multi-channel campaigns that aim to inspire interaction and collaboration.

We work in a complex sector, so would like to hear from candidates with experience of the clinical trials industry, and appreciation of the importance of and challenges in achieving representation in clinical trials when working towards health equity.

We’re looking for candidates with excellent project and budget management skills, and for someone with a natural drive and passion for the work that they do, so that they can ensure that work quality and quantity are what is needed to make the difference. You’ll also bring outstanding communication and relationship building skills together with the confidence to work autonomously, or within a team, depending on the project. You’ll truly be someone who makes things happen, and in this role you’ll be doing this on an international basis!

In return, we offer a collaborative working environment in which you’ll develop relationships with a global team of experts. You’ll have the autonomy to do great work your way, and the responsibility and influence to positively impact the performance of your projects.

If you’re interested in applying, please do so with your CV or LinkedIn profile, a note indicating your salary expectations, and your availability for an initial Teams call to careers@couch.health
